Kim Wallace, one of the city’s three Chief Administrative Officers, has been charged with assault following an altercation with another employee in January. The circumstances of the incident are unclear, but city hall sources claim that Wallace put her hands on an employee during a loud verbal disagreement. The city has said it takes the matter seriously and will hire an independent third party to investigate. Multiple employees have made claims of harassment and bullying within city hall over the past year.
